Washi Tape Fall branches for Int’l Bloggers Club

Welcome to the Fall edition of Int’l Bloggers Club everyone! Last month we were knee deep into getting back to school and this month our theme is “A craft for Fall….or spring”. I’ll be showing you Washi Tape Fall branches for Int’l Bloggers Club but if you’re wondering about the theme…well, this is why:

Michelle from A Crafty Mix is joining our little club and we’re so happy to have her in our tribe!  You’ll find out more about her on her lovely blog. Michelle lives in South Africa, so it is Spring for her now. It’s so hard for me, to imagine Spring being in September, and I’m so excited to be getting to know more about her and her neck of the woods here in our club! …. and I can’t wait to see Michelle’s post for this theme!

Int'l Bloggers Club

Fall is definitely in the air here where I live, in the South of Spain. It takes a lot longer to get here and it is still quite hot during the day, but the nights and mornings are nice and cool now. On my way to work I see the nicest sunrises. I do miss Canadian Fall a lot, there’s just nothing quite like it and sometimes I think I was probably made to live in Fall with grey skies and rainy, misty days, hot coffee and pumpkin spice everything around me. Spain is just so different, but also beautiful in it’s own way this time of year! Ok, but now enough about me and my love of Fall, lets move on to my Fall craft for this months theme for Int’l Bloggers Club!

Washi Tape Fall Branches for Int’l Bloggers Club

I love decorating my home for Fall, especially with branches and stuff I find outside! So, when I saw these branches in the park the other day I picked them up and put them in my tall glass bottle. But I thought that they were missing a little fall touch. So, the easy peasy crafter I am, I grabbed my washi tape and scissors and got started.

And this is how I did it:

The branches make a really nice tablescape or side table decor, I love how easy it is too! I’ll be showing more of my fall decor in a home tour that I’ll be posting soon.

But now, make sure to check out all the other ladies’ posts, I can’t wait to see what they’ve been up to!

Thank you for stopping by, have a lovely Fall!

Yeah! Love the Int’l Bloggers Club. I look forward to each installment, it’s fun to see how things are done in all parts of the world. Now we get another view, from Michelle. So cool.

This project is simple, but so pretty. I love the look of nature in the house, and these patterned leaves are the perfect thing to make them even more interesting. They look great in your home.

Love your creative mind. Your projects look simple, but my mind doesn’t think in the same way as yours. I wish it did, I love everything that you do!

Katrin this is absolutely delightful! That bottle is so pretty, I’ve never seen it before. And the leaves match it perfectly. I really like h ow you added just enough leaves to make it look like fall, when the leaves have fallen off the branches and only a few are left hanging on. The tray is also very pretty and makes a nice contrast with the wood slices. Happy fall my friend. We are getting there, to the cooler weather.
