Happy Friday Friends! I can’t believe that next week is Easter! Wow, when did this happen, hey? Well, if you brought some time, stay and check out my Simple Spring Living Room Deco !
Next week school is out for a week here where we live and the girls will be on Easter break. One week long! We are all so looking forward to it! We have nothing really planned, except our Easter egg hunt and probably getting together with friends over the Easter holiday, but nothing else! Just hanging out and enjoying some relaxing time together! So I really wanted to happy~up this place for Easter and bring some colour and fun into the living room as well! This week I’ve showed you my marbled easter eggs & my diy easter nest jars . And you know about my prettied up spring fireplace and also my spring cabinet top. It seems like I’m all done decorating, although it’s never really done, isn’t it!
Simple spring living room deco
I had bought lots of succulents not too long ago and decorated and really freshened up the room with them. Here’s my aloe plant that I’ve showed you a while back and now I’ve added some boxwood to the crate.
My cabinet top looks the same, except I changed out the “XO” sign for a flowery post card.
What would Spring deco be without happy pillows! At least for me…I love changing out pillows! The one with the bugs is my favourite!
I got a tin bucket and placed this fake Easter grass inside.
And last my absolute favourite deco this year: these two funny bunnies! They are hand made, but not by me. My sister in law made these a few years back for Stella & Amelie and I think they are just adorable, funny, perfect and amazing! So pretty, don’t you think? She is amazing at this and makes lots of fun stuff! I love the fabric she chose for the bunnies and how simple they are, although I’m sure it was lot’s of work! Of course they don’t stay sitting like that…someone always grabs them and plays with them, which is what they are for!
And that’s it, with only a few simple items I changed the look of your living room and brought in some happy colours and it’s ready for our Easter break! Thanks for stopping by the blog today! Happy Weekend & Happy Easter to you!
