Simple Neutral Fall Vignette

As you know, I don´t have a lot of decorating space in my home, so my cabinet top in our living room makes for really fun vignettes. I don´t have a fireplace mantel or a lot of room to put up a fake one. It is high on my list of to do´s though and I´m trying to figure something out. But in the meantime, our cabinet works and gets decorated each season or holiday.

And so here it is: I´ve used what I had plus some branches from outside…

I left up my wall mounted faux succulents, find out more about these [here]. Fall is really green here where I live, so they still fit in nicely.

The little pumpkins are paper maché, find the tutorial [here]. I bought the wooden mushrooms at a local store here last year already, but never really found a spot for them then. They were stored away until I found them the other day and now they fit in here perfectly I think.

The jars are from Ikea and I´ve used them in my decor several times ever since I got them last Spring. Now I´ve just added these led light bulbs to them.

I added a cute little basket to the back to give some depth to it all…

Katrin that green branch in the front, I thought it was real. You got me! Beautiful vignette the mustard color along with the lights and the basket add so much warmth. And at night when you light it up, well it is simply a fall dream!

Katrin, what a lovely vignette! My favorite part has to be wall succulent, so clever. The night photo is just enchanting. I feel like I need to add string lights somewhere in my house now.

Thank you so much for putting this hop together! I was so happy to be a part of it.

I love the subtle palette you chose to mix and match items! I really think that’s the trick to making an eclectic mix work – which you do so beautifully here in this fall vignette. So inspired right now. You really make that cabinet space work so well for you, Katrin!
