How to turn old jars into fun & simple Halloween jar luminaries.
Hello there and Welcome to day 2 of our 5 day Halloween Challenge! Sam, who blogs over at Raggedy Bits, invited me to join her for this fun one week of Halloween projects.
Yesterday I showed you cheap pumpkins that I quickly gave a glamorous Halloween makeover. Today I’ve got another fun and quick little project that you can do in just minutes and have up for instant Halloween feel.
Simple Halloween Jar Luminaries

What you need:
medium glass jars [I used empty food jars I had at home]
a string of fairy lights
1. Print out your Halloween printables. I printed mine out in a smaller size to fit into the jars. Cut them according to the size of your jar.
2. Simply put the printables in the jars, no glue needed. [ok, I actually put the spider the wrong way round in this photo, but you get it]
3. Add the string of fairy lights, I used one for both jars.
Don’t they look so cool with the fairy lights inside?? I love how easy it is to make them and you could actually make a whole lot of them using different printables and place them on a mantel or shelf.
Well, Thank you for coming by today, hop on over to Raggedy Bits to get more Halloween inspiration!
