Simple Halloween Entrance Wall

simple Halloween entrance wall kreativk.net

Today I´m super excited because of this simple Halloween entrance wall and because I´m part of an awesome Halloween blog hop with lot’s of amazingly talented bloggers! I did not decorate for Halloween last year at all, because here in Spain where I live, it´s just not really a holiday. This year though, I felt like decorating at least a little bit, since my girls enjoy it so much. You can also see our Halloween coffee treat station here.

Simple Halloween Entrance Wall

You probably know by now how much I love the deconstructed look of reversed canvas panels. Well, I couldn’t help but adding some to my entrance wall as well. It’s such a small space and I don’t like to overload it. I had three used canvas panels left, so that worked out great.

The free printables are so so cool and fit the style perfectly. You can find the scull and bat at The Graphics Fairy,  and the crow at Ella Claire.  Thank you so much for making these available!

We got a 3D printer a while back and my hubby printed out these spiders for me! I just stuck them into the side of the frames. You can find similar spiders here.

The mat on the bench is actually a woven place mat I found at the dollar store here. Storage is not great in this entrance, so I keep my purses in the large felt basket and I love this one too!

It is all real simple as you can see… not much more is going on here, but if you walk up the stairs there is my fall gallery wall and I just think that’s enough for a small space.  This space gets crowded with school bags and daily stuff, so the less I have around the less cramped it looks.

I added gray and black tones to it all and the pillow covers on the bench are from Ikea, find them here.

Your entryway is lovely Katrin! I really like how you did the graphic’s on the back side of the canvas. I’ve never seen it done like that before. But I really love the spiders, those are so cool, and they look so real.

Your entrance wall looks fabulous, Katrin! I love the prints on the reversed canvases and also those spiders. They alone were worth getting such a 3-D printer. You could sell these spiders in your shop!

Katrin, There are so many things I like about this post! Love how simple it is! Love the black and white look. Not everyone wants to jump in with orange so this is very versatile and appealing. And I loved the reverse canvas look. It all turned out so cute. Thanks for sharing this idea!

I love how you can easily switch out that gallery wall for the seasons, Katrin. Love how you decorated them for Halloween and so cool that the spiders were made with a 3D printer! Pinned

Katrin the printables are really great with lots of definition. But what really impressed me was those spiders. Now you’ll be able to reproduce anything!! Your entryway is pretty and functional but most of all it’s spook-tacular!

    Katrin,
I just love your decorating style! The reversed canvas is so clever and has a great look! It totally fits with the vintage Halloween prints. It is cool that you decorate for Halloween despite living in Spain. I was just there this summer and we so enjoyed our trip. It was probably one of our favorite countries we have visited so far!

I love your artwork, but seriously those spiders have got to go….Gross and terrifying.

I have never heard of a 3D printer, it did an amazing job. Our guys sure have expanded to do lists, he did a great job.

Oh this is just the cutest little spooky entrance, ever! I love the spiders but am a little confused….. Are you meaning to say that your spiders were printed in 3D? My mind isn’t wrapping around this concept… I think they look fantastic and would love to have a chance to feature this cool concept if you would like to join Hauntingly Beautiful Decor Link Party on my blog. This type of decor is exactly what were looking for. We also have a fun hashie on IG #hauntinglybeautifuldecor.

Hope you have a great day!

I think that you have earned another crown, Halloween Kween!! The deconstructed look of these reversed canvas panels have the perfect Halloween vibe. I think that I need a 3D printer too! So sweet of Hubby to help with the decorating. That felt basket is a fantastically versatile item. Wonderfully kreative decorating, as always. Thank-you and plan to hop over to the other blogs, never too much Halloween for this witch (good,of course)!
