Simple & Easy Late Summer Wreath

simple & easy late summer wreath kreativk.net

August is almost over and I won´t lie, I´m getting in the swing of fall… just a little! I still haven´t decorated for fall, but will start little by little I think. I´m trying to hold on to summer as you know from previous posts, so I think this simple & easy late summer wreath is the perfect start. It gives me a slight fall vibe and I like it!

Easy & Simple Late Summer Wreath

What you´ll need:

grapevine wreath

– faux greenery [I bought mine our local craft store here and I think they look like a cotton plant, but I don´t know…]

All to do is stick the green stems into the wreath, no glue needed as they stay put nicely.

I originally planned on only using this greenery, but then quickly changed my mind and added some greenery I had at home in a brighter green. I do like the different greens and that it makes it look a little fresher.

No hot glue, I love it! What are the white blooms made of? This is very pretty and so easy to add on for different holidays. Thank you for sharing with us at Celebrate Your Story, and have a great weekend.

Loving your late summer wreath. A beautiful in between the seasons wreath that allows summer to slide into fall, with style! I’m a great fan of anything grapevine, especially wreaths. They are so versatile and easy to decorate, makes them perfect for me. Your faux greenery is too cute, even better with the fresh greens added. Thank-you for another lovely post, as always!

That looks indeed summery with a hint of fall, Katrin. It’s very pretty and fits perfectly in your beautiful home. I like the mix of the bright and dark green. I made two grapevine wreaths last year but never got around to decorate them. Maybe this year … ?

I really love this wreath Katrin. It is nice and simple with just a touch of white. I think it is a wreath that can be used all year long when you are not decorating for a specific holiday. An evergreen wreath!
