Nordic Christmas Decor

I am totally in love with all this nordic christmas decor from Target and Amazon! I mean, come on, that deer head? And the mug is so so cute, I need it! And the deer tea towels would look great in my kitchen! Did you see the cute little owl ornament?? I can totally imagine a few of those on my tree!

nordic-christmas-decor-1I’m going to go pretty neutral this year, lots of whites and natural colours and some black even maybe… oh I can’t wait! I’m not sure if to go with our big fake tree, that actually doesn’t really fit in our living room here, it is from Canada where our house was bigger….or to go with a real one again? Tough decisions!

I loved Target, and wish I had it here in Spain. There’d be no stopping me, they just have amazing stuff and all kinds of different styles!  Amazon is awesome too and I have to stop myself, because they do deliver to my doorstep, so yep… shopping is always fun!

Well, hope you’re enjoying this mood board and get into the holiday mood like me!

Have fun decorating for Christmas!!

This week I told myself I wasn’t going to Target. Guess who was there bright and early this morning! Despite all of the temptation, I didn’t blow my budget. I also want to go with a neutral palette this year. We’ll see how my family feels about it, they love the traditional colors. Thank you for sharing with us this week at Celebrate Your Story, have a great weekend.

Lol, Sandra I’m so jealous! I really need a Target in my life! I do have an Ikea about 15 mins away from me and it’s hard not to go at least once a week, lol… I can only imagine what a Target here would do to my budget! 🙂

Katrin what a beautiful selection you have gathered here. I relly love that little tree made from wood. In fact, I think I like all the wood decor. The house and owl are also very cute. You always know how to pick the best things.

I am loving your Nordic inspired Christmas decor for this year. All of the natural elements are so beautiful. I’m saving it for next year as I have already started on this year( Benjamin inspired). Thank-you for this lovely post, as always. P.S. I can’t imagine life without Target!

    Hello Katrin,
though I like the classy look of whites and natural colours, I think I’ll stick to pinks, bright greens and dazzling turqouise-blues. Last year I was so bored rigid of the traditional red-golden decor I didn’t even touch any of the boxes but went shopping instead (truth be told: made a few bits and pieces myself too). And I’ll stick to that new look this year too, cause I’m quite desperate for colours.
    Thank you for sharing!
