I could probably post 3 or 4 fotos of me on the sofa under blankets and in thick sweaters holding a cup of coffee and my laptop, some fairy lights on and a candle. That would pretty much explain itself. Well, I wish I could every day, but then, there is so much more about Hygge in Winter I find. Plus, the Holidays are over, it was time to go back to work, so I simply cannot lounge on the sofa every day… but there are so many other ways that I “hygge” and today I wanted to share my Hygge habits in Winter. The other day I posted my cozy hiding spot, where you can find me a lot these days…

My Hygge Habits In Winter
Below you’ll find my hygge habits this winter. Simple and nothing fancy or extravagant. Just enjoying the short days, the days where, even in the South of Spain, it seems ok to stay indoors. I’m a huge introvert and summer, good weather and the super social life here can be really overwhelming for me at times. Plus, being a kindergarten teacher, I am talking all day long and being super social which I do enjoy too though. But then, when I come home, it is time to turn that part of me off. I need my time-out and that’s why I love rainy days so much. No one comes over and no one wants to do anything, haha. Perfect! Although I do love hanging out with our friends, not every weekend, because I do need time in between to recharge and disconnect. So Hygge and Winter and me are besties.
