5 ways to use the Ikea Bekvam step stool

You know how the other day I showed you my Ikea Bekvam step stool hack ? Well, today I’m posting 5 ways to use the Ikea Bekvam step stool, other than the two I showed in my first post.

I know, it is what it is, a step stool, so if you need to reach something real high, well, this one comes in very handy! But since I prettied it up a bit, I kinda like to decorate with it, while I’m not using it to get to my high kitchen cabinets and such. I like it that much now!

5 ways to use the Ikea Bekvam step stool:

  1. As a book & magazine shelf

It looks nice and put next to my armchair or sofa I can always have my favourite book or magazine handy!

      2. As a flower & plant stand

I think, it’s perfect to have beside a window filled with little succulents and plants.

      3. As art display

A special spot for my favourite kind of art.

      4. As a bathroom side table

In my bathroom for extra storage.

      5. As an entryway side table

A spot where to leave my purse or handbag easily.

Ok, I can’t decide where I like it most! I might have to run out and get some more of these! Which one is your favourite spot for the Bekvam step stool?? Or do you actually prefer using it as a step stool and keeping it clear, which is totally ok as well!

I hope you liked these ideas, as always, I’m so happy that you stopped by! Thanks for that!

I love how you’ve totally looked outside the box with this and repurposed it into something useful and pretty each time (and you could still use it for steps in an emergency!) Leanne @ cresting the hill

Hi there friend…I can’t decide where I like it best! It really does look great in your bathroom, but like it displaying all your art as well. Hmmm…decisions, decisions. The good thing is that you can switch up your environment as often as you want with it. What a fun decor accessory.
    Wishing you an awesome Wednesday!

These are great ways to take an everyday item and transform it into an even more functional piece! Love what your creative mind and artistic talents produce. I have to get this stool to replace my old metal one, although I’m not sure it will look as wonderful as yours. Thank-you!
