Fresh & simple Spring Vignette

fresh & simple spring vignette kreativk.net

In my last post I offered you these spring printables and today I just wanted to pop in to show you my fresh & simple spring vignette decorated with one of the printables! If you’ve followed along for a bit, you might remember how I love changing up my cabinet top each season or holiday, because I don’t acutally have a lot of spots like this or even a mantel to decorate. So I’m really enjoying getting out everything I have, depending on the season, and then see how I arrange it. For this vignette I acutally didn’t spend any money, I had everything in store from previous years.

Fresh & Simple Spring Vignette

I bought these vases at the dollar store years ago and the antler, you might remember that my friend gave it to me not too long ago and I just love it and am not ready to store it…haha. The faux greens and flowers in the vases are also from the dollar store. The little frame on the wall was a clearance find at Winners in Canada and was missing the glass and back, I painted it white a while back… love to use it as a background. Now it got a spot actually hanging on the wall with a little  green wreath inside. That wreath must be around 20 years old! It’s from our Germany times, when we lived there before moving to Spain! I’ve used it for several decor’s around the house in all of the houses we lived in, how cool is that!

The faux catkins are from the dollar store and I just made a little wreath out of them. Last year I also used them in my spring decor, you can see how here.

This is a simple gallery but wonderful none the less. I really like how you placed round wreaths within various square shapes. The contrast is noticeable and really striking Katrin.

    Thanks for sharing.

Katrin I think it is great that you get to reuse the things you have around the house. I cannot believe that the little wreath is 20 years old. And yet it still looks fresh and new. A beautiful spring vignette!!

So fresh and Spring perfect Katrin. Oh dear I think I’m jealous, Spring is my favorite time of the year. Do you have a spare bedroom I could move into while we go into our cold months down here in the South. I promise I’ll be quite and help with chores.
